Insert your Operator II CD ROM into the CD ROM drive of your computer.
If you have disabled the auto run feature for your CD ROM drive you will
have to double click ‘My Computer’, [CD ROM drive] and double click Op Install.Exe.
Click ‘Install Hasp drivers’
Click ‘Next’
Click ‘Next’
You will see the program copying files to your computer.
Install of your Hasp drivers is complete.
Click ‘OK’ to continue.
It is now time to install the Operator II Software.
Click on ‘Install Operator II software’.
Read the content on the window and click ‘Next’
Read the License Agreement and click ‘Yes’ to continue.
This window displays the version number of your software.
Click ‘Next’ to continue.
The setup program is setting up a program file for you start menu.
Click ‘Next’ to continue.
You will now see this screen.
Operator is copying to your computer at this point.
Light Control
Views
If you are planning not to use Operator II to control lights you may end the installation now.
Other wise you must continue.
Click ‘Next’.
Active home would like to install to the “C:\Program Files\” directory.
If you would like to
choose a different directory you may do so.
I would suggest that you use the default and
click ‘Next'
You will be asked if you would like to make a back up of all the files that will be replaced.
Click ‘No’ and click ‘Next’.
Add Items to start menu Click ‘Yes’ and click ‘Next’.
Click ‘No’ and ‘Next’ configure the Com port for Light control.
Click on COM 1.
Click ‘Next’
Click ‘Yes’ and ‘Next to add the light control to the Start up folder
At this point the Installation program for light control is copying file to your computer.
You may read the Read me File if you would like. Otherwise click ‘No’.
Your computer needs to reboot.
If you are using a Windows 95/98 operating system
Click ‘Ok’.
If you are using Windows NT 4.0/2000 then click ‘Cancel’ and restart your computer.
